To get the most out of your Smart Band, you need to download the DISSMO SS app, which is available for free on both Android and iOS devices. Once you have downloaded the app and connected it to your Smart Band via Bluetooth, you can follow the steps to configure your personal information. The DISSMO SS app will update the time on your Smart Band, record your physical activity, and provide historical information on the measurements taken with the sensor.
It is recommended to use the provided USB cable with the clamp to recharge the Smart Band up to 100%. Simply connect the clamp to any USB port with power and place it on the charging contacts located on the back of the band. The screen will indicate that the band is in the charging process.
